Charlie is courteous and knowledgeable and delivered to our door, bikes, chargers, helmets and a receiver-mount rack. He explained the operation of the bikes, helped with the installation of the rack and mounting the bikes. Also gave recommendations for e-bike permitted trails, which we appreciated.
The bikes were in excellent condition, with racks for our stuff, telephone mounts and rear-view mirror.
We will definitely use Greenway Bike Rentals again in the future!

Charlie did a fantastic job explaining how to use the e-bikes, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before heading out. Even if you’re new to e-biking, they break everything down in a clear and approachable way.
The trail itself was an absolute highlight—beautiful, fun, and well worth the ride. It struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, letting me take in the surroundings while still getting a great workout. That’s what I loved most: you get real exercise, but the e-bike assistance makes it enjoyable rather than exhausting.
